I struggle with the sleep thing too so that's something I hope to improve on soon too. For me, making too many changes all at once almost always leads to failure, so I'm learning to implement small changes bit by bit like you mentioned. I'm not going to even address my food issues. But right now I have physical limitations. So every night I need to make a decision of ONE thing I will do and complete before 5 pm the next day.
